# 053 - Lighthouses of Norway

Here you will see the Lyngor lighthouse in Norway. The stamp is one from the tourist series issued on 12.04.2008. The lighthouse is seen to the extreme left of the stamp. Received via postcrossing.

# 052 - Lighthouses of U.S.A

My first cover from the USA. Many thanks to my uncle Lakshman for sending this cover which features the issue titled "Gulf Lighthouses of USA". The US Postal service issued these stamps in June 2009. The lighthouses featured are L-R: Sand Island - Alabama, Biloxi - Mississipi, Sabine Pass - Louisiana, Matagorda Island - Texas and Fort Jefferson - Florida.

# 051 - Lighthouses of Germany

Many thanks to Torsten from Germany. The cover features the two lighthouses stamps issued in 2009 Dornbusch (55) and Norderney (45). Torsten has been my friend for over 15 years.

# 050 - Lighthouses of Estonia

This cover sent by Otto Lehis shows the Juminda lighthouse. The stamp was issued on 08.03.07 by Esti Post. Many thanks to my friend who is helping me with my collection of lighthouses covers.

# 049 - Lighthouses of Canada

Courtesy Onkar from Canada I received this cover which shows the Cape Jourimain lighthouse near the Confederation Bridge linking New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. The lighthouse was discontinued in 1997 after the bridge was built, but continues to remind of the area's maritime heritage. The set of se-tenent stamps was issued on 31.05.2007 by Canada Post.

Here is another cover from Estonia. Thank you very much Janek for this beautiful cover. The lighthouses featured on the cover are L - R: Ristna, Kopu (stamps issued on 25.02.2000) and Ruhnu (stamp issued on 11.02.1997) lighthouses.
