# 505 - Lighthouses of Poland

 

Thanks to Roman from Poland for this cover which feature two of the four stamps issued on 15th June 2007. The two stamps on the cover are Gdansk Lighthouse (left) and Kolobrzeg Lighthouse (right). The special cancelation on the cover marks the International Day of Lighthouses which is usually celebrated on the 3rd Sunday of August each year.

# 468 - Lighthouses of Poland.

 

This cover feature two stamps namely Jastarnia Lighthouse (left) and Swinoujscie Lighthouse (Right). Both stamps were issued on 19th June 2015 along with four other stamps as part of Polish Lighthouses Series of 2015.

The special cancel you see on the cover is to commemorate the International Lighthouses Day established in 2003. It Is usually celebrated on the third Sunday of August every year. This year it was celebrated on 20th August.
